Client Advisor (Inside Sales & Customer Success)
Marketial Agency is recruiting on behalf of True Cost Homes, an innovative residential home builder serving Central Kentucky.
We are seeking a polished, professional Client Advisor who excels at building relationships, conducting virtual consultations, and guiding prospective homeowners through the early stages of the home-building process.
This is not a traditional customer service position. You will serve as the first point of contact for new inquiries, qualify prospective clients, conduct professional Zoom consultations, present our home plan packages, and help homeowners confidently take the next step. Your ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and deliver a premium client experience will directly contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities
- Professionally answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Qualify prospective clients using our sales framework.
- Conduct polished Zoom consultations with homeowners.
- Present and sell residential home plan packages.
- Schedule appointments with builders, designers, and project managers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage follow-up activities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Assist in improving workflows, documentation, and client experience as the company grows.
Qualifications
- Fluent English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and confidence conducting Zoom meetings.
- Experience in inside sales, consultative sales, customer success, or high-end customer service.
- Strong CRM and computer skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (U.S.)
- Occasional overtime as business needs require.
Compensation
Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses and sales incentives. Base compensation will be determined by experience, English proficiency, communication skills, and sales ability.
