We are looking for a Microsoft Core Infrastructure Operations Specialist to support and govern enterprise Microsoft 365 services and SaaS platforms within a global IT environment. This role is focused on operational excellence, security, compliance, platform governance, and service reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and support Microsoft 365 services including collaboration, productivity, security, and identity management
- Provide L2 support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and service optimization
- Manage SaaS applications including user provisioning, license administration, access control, and lifecycle management
- Maintain governance, compliance, and operational standards across M365 and SaaS platforms
- Support integrations between enterprise SaaS tools and Microsoft 365
- Coordinate incident, change, and problem management activities following ITIL practices
- Develop and maintain documentation, operational procedures, and configuration records
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure stable and secure operations
- Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of identity management, access control, and security policies within M365
- Experience managing SaaS platforms and vendor-supported applications
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and operational governance
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with PowerShell or automation scripting is a plus
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and SaaS interoperability is preferred

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
