Michael Baldwin Properties is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Marketing & Content Coordinator to support the day-to-day marketing activities, digital presence, and personal brand initiatives of Michael Baldwin and his team.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a small, dynamic environment where marketing, content creation, organization, and project coordination come together.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and interested in growing their experience in marketing, content creation, branding, and digital media.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content
- Manage and coordinate content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Coordinate photography and videography sessions for property and lifestyle content.
- Create, edit, and publish short-form video content for social media platforms, including Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Maintain website content and coordinate website updates.
- website updates and content administration.
- Coordinate newsletters and other communications.
- Assist with basic SEO/GEO improvements and paid digital advertising (Google Ads and Meta Ads).
- Maintain content calendars and monitor marketing performance metrics.
Administrative & Coordination Support
- Coordinate projects, timelines, and follow-up tasks.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Prepare internal reports and marketing updates.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as needed within a small team environment.
Special Projects
- Support property marketing initiatives.
- Assist with brand development projects.
- Support occasional events and client-facing initiatives.
- Participate in special projects related to Michael Baldwin Properties and Lifestyle in Cabo.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Canva, and content creation tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO/GEO principles and digital advertising.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience creating and editing short-form video content (Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts).
- Comfortable filming content using a smartphone and coordinating basic photo and video shoots.
- Photography and graphic design experience are a plus.
- Interest in real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or personal branding industries is highly desirable.
