Client & Role Summary
Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specializing in legal technology services, is seeking an IP Paralegal to support attorneys handling intellectual property matters, particularly trademark and patent-related work.
The role focuses on assisting attorneys with USPTO Trademark Office Actions, legal research, drafting legal documents, and managing administrative/legal processes related to intellectual property cases. The candidate will also support case management activities, including docketing and responding to legal correspondence.

Must-Have Requirements
- 1–5 years of legal experience
- Experience in intellectual property law (trademarks and/or patents)
- Experience assisting attorneys with legal research and drafting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain legal concepts clearly to clients or non-attorneys
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and self-motivated mindset
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience working with USPTO trademark office actions
- Experience with docketing and case management
- Experience drafting subpoenas or legal correspondence
- Exposure to compliance reviews (OFAC) or data subject requests (DSRs)
Sueldo: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mes
