Position Overview
The Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) is the primary point of contact for tenants and plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional resident experience. As the “face” of Rincon Property Management, this role requires professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills.
This position is responsible for coordinating leasing activity, managing tenant relations, overseeing move-ins and move-outs, and ensuring compliance across assigned properties. The RSC also supervises the Transaction Coordinator and works closely with the Property Manager to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants and prospective tenants via phone and email
- Coordinate and support leasing efforts to ensure properties are rented in a timely manner
- Manage lease renewals within required timelines
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and tenant transitions
- Handle tenant requests, concerns, and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with renter’s insurance and utility requirements
- Coordinate lease violations and HOA-related matters
- Schedule and coordinate annual inspections with internal teams
- Perform additional duties as assigned related to property occupancy and resident services

Experience (Preferred)
- Property management, leasing, or customer service experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20,650.00 - $24,300.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
