The GBS Specialist FP&A owns the full FP&A cycle (Forecasting, Actuals and Budget PLP / PLN) for the GBS Poland center, all support functions hosted in the centers location, and 16 countries with GBS footprint, with a strong focus on headcount planning, OPEX and CAPEX as well as the management of confidential information. The role spans multiple legal entities, payrolls and currencies, and is accountable for executing planning for the total cluster of countries and the Poland center, being expected to be familiar with IFRS and other accounting specifics for EA+ countries.
This position is accountable for the final financial view of the Poland center and its legal statutory entity, and works in conjunction with other FP&A team members to deliver variance analysis for countries outside of Poland. It provides critical support for the annual budgeting process, owning end-to-end activities while receiving transactional support from less senior analysts, and should be able to present results in a non-finance environment with excellent communication.
The role operates with full autonomy over the cluster it manages: setting the working approach for multi-country inputs, gathering information from multiple stakeholders, proactively managing priorities and escalating only critical issues or strategic decisions. It is capable of executing financial processes end-to-end (accounting and tax requirements plus FP&A activities) with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong ownership as a trusted business partner for local GBS & support functions.
The position adds complexity by requiring working knowledge of multiple financial reporting frameworks Mexican NIF, US GAAP and IFRS in a multi-language, multi-country and multi-currency environment. It also manages sensitive information such as total spend, salaries and benefits, headcount and future investments in both people and operations across multiple payrolls and entities.

Experience:
3 - 5 years of FP&A / Financial Analyst experience, ideally covering multi-country scope
Experience on OneStream or Oracle ERP,
Interacting with Managers and Directors, managing presentations and follow up with questions
GBS & Shared Services experience, including exposure to statutory entities and tax/accounting requirements.
Experience handling confidential information (payroll, headcount, compensation data).
Education:
Bachelors degree in any finance related majors or economics
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Interaction with Manager, Sr. Manager and Directors.
Experience with IFRS and accounting specifics for European (EA+) countries
Previous experiences providing financial assistance to non-finance teams
Additional language skills beyond Spanish and English (e.g., Polish or other European language) is a plus.
Masters degree in Finance, Economics or MBA.
