2- Conocimientos en utilización de Power BI
3- Admistración de Sistema de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo (Documentación y seguimiento)
4- Seguridad Industrial con personal interno y contratistas.
5- Control de refacciones criticas
6- Elaboración de procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo.
Ingenieria industrial, mecánica, mecatrónica, eléctrica o relacionado.
Al menos 5 años de experiencia en mantenimiento de edificios y gestión de personal.
Amplio conocimiento de sistemas de aire presurizado.
Amplio conocimiento de sistemas de distribución eléctrica.
Conocimientos básicos de sistemas de aire acondicionado.
Preferentemente con carrera técnica en Aire Acondicionado o Electricidad.
Fuerte liderazgo.
Capacidad para gestionar y programar actividades de mantenimiento de instalaciones.
Iniciativa y asertividad.
Actitud orientada a objetivos.
