A maintenance technician ensures the optimal operation of facilities and equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, minor repairs, fault inspections, and compliance with safety regulations.
MUST HAVE:
- Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic installations
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control diagrams
- Knowledge of electrical control, hydraulic pumps, and basic refrigeration
- Proficiency in the use of manual and power tools
- Understanding of maintenance types, as well as maintenance indicators
NICE TO HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree or technical certification in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in aerospace or industrial maintenance environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to mentor and lead junior maintenance staff.
