We are looking for an experienced Technical & Creative Design Manager to lead our Design and Product Development teams. This role is responsible for overseeing the complete product development process—from concept and design to technical execution and production readiness—ensuring that every product meets brand standards, customer expectations, quality requirements, and manufacturing feasibility.
The ideal candidate combines strong creative vision with technical expertise and is comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams as well as international suppliers.

Lead and manage the Technical Design teams.

Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept through production approval.

Direct pattern development, garment construction, grading, and technical design activities.

Review and approve Tech Packs, technical specifications, and product documentation.

Supervise sample development, fittings, revisions, and final approvals.

Ensure all designs are production-ready, cost-effective, and aligned with quality standards.

Coordinate product development timelines and ensure project milestones are met.

Collaborate closely with Production, Sourcing, Costing, Quality, and Commercial teams.

Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers.

Identify opportunities for product innovation, material development, and process improvement.

Mentor, develop, and inspire a high-performing multidisciplinary team.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Textile Engineering, Product Development, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience as a Design Manager or in a similar managerial role leading multidisciplinary teams within the apparel or textile industry.

Proven experience in creative design, technical design, and product development.

Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, grading, fittings, and apparel manufacturing processes.

Experience creating and reviewing Tech Packs and technical documentation.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.

Advanced English proficiency is required.

Experience working with international suppliers and overseas vendors.
