Oversee and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc) • Manage and monitor service orders and maintenance tickets • Liaise with vendors and contractors • Conduct regular inspections and ensure all facilities meet safety and operational standards • Coordinate cleaning, reception, pantry, and waste management services • Monitor soft service providers' performance and quality delivery • Ensure workplace experience standards are consistently met across all sites • Rotate across Zentralia, Toreo, and Work Polanco as operational needs require • Ensure consistency of facilities standards and procedures across all locations • Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and landlords at each site
