We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Procurement Coordinator/Buyer to manage our daily purchasing activities, execute product sourcing strategies, and coordinate seamlessly with international suppliers.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Product Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and source products, merchandise, and supplies that align with company requirements and budgetary goals.
- Supplier Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for vendor communication, negotiate pricing and terms, and manage order timelines.
- Order Processing: Efficiently manage, input, and track purchase requests from placement to final delivery.
- Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous data logs of orders, inventory tracking, pricing structures, and shipping schedules for accurate reporting.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a dedicated procurement, purchasing, or buying position (Required).
- Sourcing: Proven, hands-on experience sourcing merchandise or products for a corporation or business (Required).
- Language: Advanced to fluent professional English proficiency (C1/C2 level) with excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills (Required).
- Skills: Strong organizational abilities, acute attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Technical Setup: A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet remote workspace.
