- knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Bachelors degree in administration or similar.- Bilingualism in Spanish and English, speaking and writing, is mandatory
- A minimum of three (3) years of work experience in an office environment
Duties of this Job Include:
- Creation and maintenance of PRs and POs in SAP Ariba and Festo procurement tools
- Support and operation of the procurement SOP for Marketing and Digital Sales
- Follow up with procurement documents and workflows
- Support and follow up with legal documents in reference to the SOP and the corporate
policies
- Order management support for Festore (internal online shop solution)
- Support of lead management workflow to process trade show leads in CRM and Eloqua
- Maintenance of email mailboxes and routing of information to the right specialist
