Main Responsibilities
- Manage customer requirements and provide timely responses.
- Follow up on material status, tracking numbers, inventories, and reports.
- Review damaged, non-conforming, or discrepant material.
- Create and follow up on NON CON material tickets.
- Coordinate follow-up with Warehouse, Quality, Customs, Sales, and the customer.
- Follow up on OSD reports, rework processes, and customer complaints.
- Validate system information and ensure correct material location.
- Request PO or invoice corrections in case of discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with JUSDA internal policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professional judgment.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Service, logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or corporate customer support.
- Knowledge of material follow-up, inventories, shipping, or receiving processes.
- Experience handling incidents, discrepancies, or non-conforming material.
- Effective communication, critical thinking, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Sense of urgency and strong follow-up skills.
- Intermediate Excel is desirable.
- English is required
- Availability to work on-site.
