Objetive
Support the continuous improvement, standardization, and execution of the firm’s operational processes by analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing structured solutions that enhance operational performance. This role contributes to process optimization, KPI visibility, documentation governance, and successful execution of improvement initiatives, ensuring efficient, scalable, and sustainable operations aligned with organizational objectives.

Process Analysis & Optimization
Experience mapping, analyzing, and improving operational workflows through AS-IS / TO-BE methodologies, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process standardization and operational improvement.
Continuous Improvement & Best Practices
Application of continuous improvement methodologies and operational best practices to optimize workflows, improve execution quality, and support scalable operational structures.
Process Implementation & Execution Tracking
Follow-up and coordination of process improvement initiatives, ensuring proper execution, stakeholder alignment, accountability, and successful adoption of operational changes.
KPI Management & Performance Visibility
Experience supporting KPI implementation, data validation, performance tracking, and development of reporting structures and dashboards to improve operational visibility and decision-making.
Process Governance & Operational Control
Support in documenting operational decisions, tracking action items, maintaining management routines, and ensuring clarity in ownership, responsibilities, and execution follow-up.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
Management and standardization of operational documentation, workflows, process changes, and repositories, ensuring traceability, accessibility, and alignment with operational execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaboration with leadership and operational teams to align process improvements with business objectives and operational requirements across multiple departments.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational gaps, structure solutions, and support data-driven continuous improvement initiatives.
