We are seeking clinical psychologists to join our network of collaborators on occupational mental health programs with clients in the aviation, mining and manufacturing sectors.
The role consists of conducting diagnostic confirmation assessments for personnel who have flagged alerts on prior psychometric screenings. This is not questionnaire administration: the instrument has already been applied and scored. Your work is to determine clinically whether the condition exists, what type it is and what level of severity it presents.
Responsibilities:
- Clinical interview by video call (approximately 60 minutes, generally one session per case).
- Confirmation or ruling out of the condition detected in the screening.
- Determination of the type of disorder, its origin (work-related, non-work-related or mixed) and the level of risk.
- Preparation of an individual findings report with recommendations, to be delivered within 48 hours of the assessment.
- Where applicable, referral to structured clinical intervention.
Essential requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a valid professional license (cédula profesional) — mandatory and subject to verification.
-Postgraduate training or specialization in the clinical field; training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (desirable).
-A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical assessment and diagnostic report writing.
-Command of current diagnostic criteria (DSM-5-TR / CIE).
-Conversational English.
-Experience with acute and post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression and occupational burnout.
-Familiarity with NOM-035-STPS-2018.
-Computer equipment, a stable connection and a private space that guarantees the confidentiality of the session.
-Availability Monday to Friday, between 8:00 and 18:00 hrs (Mexico Central Time).
Terms:
- Fee-based collaboration, paid per assessment completed.
- Variable case volume, assigned by project cycle.
- Fully remote.
- Initial training on the protocol, the instruments and the reporting format.
