Job Summary
WebOps is currently expanding its field operations in Mexico City and is seeking highly autonomous, detail-oriented independent contractors to join our data collection network. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting specific commercial locations to verify and update business data that powers global digital mapping platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Navigate to assigned commercial points of interest (POIs) across the city.
- Utilize our proprietary mobile application to capture brief video footage and images of storefronts and commercial interiors.
- Verify that business operations are active and accurately represented according to project guidelines.
- Efficiently plan and self-manage daily travel routes to meet required data collection targets.
Technical & Operational Requirements
- A compatible smartphone with a minimum of 8GB RAM running Android OS 7.0 or higher.
- An active, reliable mobile data plan.
- A portable power bank to sustain continuous device usage during field operations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work completely autonomously.
- Comfort and efficiency in navigating the city on foot or via local transit.
