Creative Manager
The Creative Manager will spearhead the creative development of digital content across various tactics and channels within our Content Factory. They will be responsible for managing a team of talented content professionals, ensuring that all content aligns with brand's guidelines and meets our high standards for quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage creative development across digital properties, ensuring a consistent and effective presence across all tactics and channels.
- Collaborate with the onsite Creative Lead to maintain adherence to brand guidelines, project briefs, and the creative process, resulting in content that meets strategic objectives.
- Lead and mentor the creative team, offering guidance and support to designers and content creators to enhance their skills and output.
- Ensure the production of a wide range of content, including emails, banners, social media content, and marketing collateral, is of the highest quality.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
