QUALIFICATIONS
Perform Takeoffs and material quantity calculations based on plans and project documentation.- Review and interpret plans, specifications, and construction details.
- Prepare, modify, and update technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Review measurements, quantities, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize Excel to organize quantities, perform calculations, prepare tables, and track project information.
- Prepare and maintain project files, reports, and documentation.
- Follow up on changes, revisions, and assigned tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Prepare and respond to emails and administrative documentation in English, as needed.
- Support the Estimating, Drafting, and project Management teams with project-related activities.
