The Facilities Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and functionality of the facility and building systems. This position supervises maintenance personnel, coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and ensures compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
- Supervise daily facilities and maintenance operations.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems, equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and utilities.
- Ensure the facility complies with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and maintain building security and cleanliness standards.
- Manage external vendors and contractors for facility-related services.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to facility efficiency and cost reduction.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate facility projects, repairs, and improvements.
- Ensure timely response to maintenance requests and operational issues.
- Supervise and develop maintenance staff, including scheduling and performance follow-up.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in facilities or maintenance supervision.
- Experience managing building systems, preventive maintenance programs, and facility operations.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with contractors and service providers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
