Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for resolving production program needs, implementing manufacturing methods and processes, defining production standards, labor requirements, production flow design, plant layout, and equipment utilization — all while optimizing available resources to keep operations running at their best.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Quality Management — Monitor and resolve quality issues on products already in use by customers or on the manufacturing line.
Problem Analysis & Failure Resolution — Conduct investigations with the client to resolve electronic assembly quality issues using tools such as 8D, 4W/2H, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, DMAIC, and Red X.
Non-Conformance Management — Identify, document, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Quality System Audits — Lead and participate in internal and external audits.
KPIs You’ll Own DPPM field tracking (defect rate), Quality issue response time, CAPA plan compliance
Requirements
B.S. in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or related field
10+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry
Electronic manufacturing processes expertise
Oral and written English proficiency
Project management experience
Deep knowledge of Root Cause Analysis methodologies
Deep knowledge of Quality principles & statistical tools
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua
