Legal Manager
Reports to the Deputy Legal Director and constitutes a key position designed for a professional who combines impeccable legal technique with strategic business vision and human leadership.
Job Description
Professional in law with experience in the labor, real estate, and corporate, sectors, capable of actively participating in key legal processes, providing strategic advice, and ensuring regulatory compliance in various projects and business lines.
Main Responsibilities
▪ Comprehensive Vision: Direct and oversee all legal areas: Corporate, real state and Labor.
▪ Strategic Advisory: Act as a strategic business partner, providing legal solutions that
facilitate growth and innovation across all business lines.
▪ Labor Relations: Manage strategic labor relations, hiring, terminations, and conciliations.
▪ Supervision and Control of External Firms: Maintain relationships with external law firms
and supervise proper handling and resolution of labor, civil, commercial, and criminal cases.
▪ Corporate Compliance: Ensure that group companies hold ordinary and extraordinary
general meetings, and unanimous resolutions necessary to comply with legal and tax
obligations. Liaise with notaries.
▪ Contract Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate all types of civil and commercial
contracts, mitigating potential risks and ensuring the best position for the companies.
Desired Profile
▪ Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional trajectory with experience in law firms
and/or companies.
▪ 360° Vision: Essential experience in Corporate Law, Labor and real state
▪ Proven Leadership: Ability to manage robust teams, high resilience, and complex
negotiation skills.
▪ Availability: Flexible schedule, travel, and 100% on-site work.
▪ Education: Law degree (must hold a degree and professional license). A Master’s in Corporate Law, Tax Law, or MBA will be positively valued.
▪ Languages: Fluent business English (C1/C2).

Specific Activities
1. Corporate regularization: review and integration of contractual files, corporate books.
Drafting and reviewing shareholder meetings and agreements.
2. Drafting and reviewing contracts: lease, purchase-sale, loan for use, fixed-price construction, trust, contracts aimed at developing and executing business abroad, mainly in the United States of America, as well as investment contracts in foreign companies.
3. Supervision of notaries and managers for corporate and regulatory compliance.
4. Transaction materiality: ensure that suppliers meet minimum contracting requirements and
that services provided are duly accredited.
5.Regulatory compliance: analysis of internal and external regulations applicable to different
business lines.
6. Labor relations: drafting employment contracts, hiring and termination of personnel,
conciliation procedures, and litigation.
7. Trademarks: registration and monitoring.
8. Powers of attorney: drafting and notarization before a public notary.
