We’re looking for an Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, owning results, and being the bridge between clients and internal teams. Someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working in an English-speaking, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do
- Manage and nurture relationships with US-based clients
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups
- Coordinate internally with operations, recruiting, and leadership teams
- Track accounts, deliverables, timelines, and client expectations
- Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement within accounts
- Maintain clear documentation, reports, and performance updates
- Ensure service quality, SLA compliance, and client satisfaction
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar role
- Experience working with Mortgage US-based clients (required)
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities at the same time
- Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working on-site in Mazatlán
Nice to have
- Experience in BPO, staffing, fintech, SaaS, or professional services
- Familiarity with CRMs, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
