Key Responsibilities

Lead execution of financial reporting and accounting strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.

Manage and develop a high-performing team of financial reporting and accounting professionals.

Oversee budgeting processes and ensure accurate financial planning within scope of responsibility.

Ensure compliance with internal controls through regular testing, audits, and monitoring activities.

Deliver timely statutory, financial, and management reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Drive integrity and efficiency of financial systems across tax, inventory, payments, and purchasing data.

Lead risk management processes, ensuring effective controls, compliance, and audit readiness.
Essential Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Proven experience in financial reporting, accounting, and compliance in a complex organization.

Strong knowledge of financial controls, statutory reporting, and audit processes.

Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret and communicate financial data clearly.
Desirable Requirements

Master of Business Administration degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification.

Working knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
