About the Role
We are seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-powered products and features.
This role will partner closely with engineering, data, design, and business teams to identify opportunities, define product direction, and deliver solutions that create measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy for AI-driven initiatives.
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery and planning through launch and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to deliver AI-powered features.
- Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
- Define success metrics and use data to evaluate product performance.
- Conduct customer and stakeholder discovery to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
- Manage product backlogs, prioritize initiatives, and support sprint planning activities.
- Drive adoption of AI capabilities while balancing user experience, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Promote responsible AI practices, including privacy, transparency, and governance considerations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management within software or technology organizations.
- Experience delivering AI, machine learning, or data-driven products to production environments.
- Understanding of modern AI concepts, including machine learning and large language models (LLMs).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with modern web application architectures and cloud-based products.
- Understanding of technologies commonly used in product development environments, such as Node.js, React, and AWS.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.
- Ability to manage ambiguous problems and transform them into actionable product plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-powered product features, recommendation systems, personalization platforms, or LLM-based applications.
- Experience working alongside machine learning, data science, or software engineering teams.
- Exposure to cloud-native applications and services within AWS environments.
- Familiarity with frontend and backend technologies such as React and Node.js.
- Background in consumer technology, marketplaces, sports technology, fundraising platforms, digital engagement products, or SaaS environments.
- Technical education or equivalent experience working closely with engineering organizations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per month
