Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency and success of the accounts payable function in the accounting department. The key function of this position is to handle all functions of accounts payable processes.
Job Description:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
- Monitor shared Accounts Payable email inbox
- Review, enter and generate payment to invoices received by vendors
- Review and reconcile vendor statements
- Monthly AP Close – ensure all transactions are captured for month end close
- Other tasks as assigned
Profile:
- Requires an Associates degree or higher.
- Requires some relevant accounting experience.
- Recommended 1-2 years of customer service experience
- A combination of education, training and related experience may meet requirements.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Extremely driven and has strong collections experience.
- They need to be very comfortable calling on invoices via phone and email.
- Extremely motivated to collect.
Shift:
Monday to Friday
8:00 am to 5:36 pm

$22,000 Gross monthly salary
