Administrative Assistant (Remote Contractor)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and send client quotes and proposals
- Create, send, and track contracts
- Manage insurance documents and certificates
- Coordinate team availability and scheduling
- Answer and manage phone calls, text messages, and emails
- Input and maintain accurate client and company data
- Communicate professionally with clients and vendors
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, and outstanding tasks
- Maintain organized records and administrative systems
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Assistant with calculating US payroll every 2 weeks.
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable handling phone calls, texting, and email correspondence
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, and online software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Reliable internet connection and a professional work environment
- Previous administrative, customer service, or virtual assistant experience preferred
Equipment
- Computer with reliable high-speed internet
- Smartphone capable of handling business calls and text messages
Compensation
- $7 USD per hour (USD)
- Approximately $607–$1,062 USD per month depending on hours worked (about 10,600–18,600 MXN/month)
