Job Objective
To oversee and manage the company’s accounting operations with accuracy, organization, and technical expertise, ensuring timely month-end closings, tax compliance, accurate financial reporting, and support in reviewing accounting records across affiliated companies within the group. The position also provides administrative support when required by the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the company’s full-cycle accounting activities.
- Perform month-end closing procedures and prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Calculate, review, and ensure compliance with all applicable tax obligations and filings.
- Perform account reconciliations and analyze account balances to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee invoicing processes, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions.
- Review accounting records, journal entries, and financial transactions of other entities within the group.
- Support internal audits, external audits, and accounting reviews as required.
- Maintain accurate and organized accounting documentation and records.
- Provide administrative support related to business operations when necessary.
- Coordinate effectively with business partners, external accountants, and internal departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA designation or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle accounting processes.
- Solid experience with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Strong knowledge of tax calculations, reporting requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with account reconciliations and financial analysis.
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Functional English proficiency, including the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively regarding invoices, emails, and business documentation.
- Experience processing and managing invoices in English.
- Demonstrated employment stability and a consistent professional track record.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or within the transportation and logistics industry.
- Experience reviewing or auditing the accounting records of multiple legal entities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to support administrative functions when required.

The ideal candidate will be capable of independently managing financial closings, tax calculations, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and internal financial controls.
The successful candidate should be comfortable operating in an English-speaking business environment, as a significant portion of invoicing, documentation, and communication is conducted in English.
