The Sales Manager manages a defined portion of Schreiber’s business portfolio across multiple sales channels. This role is accountable for delivering profitable growth by balancing volume, margin, growth, and risk across domestic and regional customers, leveraging strong commercial judgment and cross-functional alignment.
Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute cross-channel account strategies to deliver volume, profitability, and growth targets
Manage a diverse portfolio of customers, balancing trade-offs across channels, product mix, and market dynamics
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, aligning long-term business objectives
Lead pricing strategy and commercial negotiations considering local market conditions and complex business implications (FX, logistics, tariffs)
Identify and capture new business opportunities across channels and in assigned markets
Collaborate cross-functionally (Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Quality, Logistics) to ensure execution of customer commitments
Monitor and manage sales forecasts for assigned business, ensuring alignment with supply and financial plans
Utilize risk management tools to optimize margins across geographies and channels
Ensure compliance with regulations, documentation, and customer requirements in international markets
Translate customer and market insights into portfolio, product, and innovation opportunities
Key Ingredients:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
5+ years of experience in sales, key account management, or cross-channel commercial roles, experience in FMCG or B2B sales preferred
Exposure to export processes, international customers, or cross-border trade preferred
Strong commercial and financial acumen (pricing, margin, portfolio management)
Ability to manage complexity across multiple channels
Advanced negotiation and influencing skills, including cross-cultural communication
Solid understanding of operations processes, logistics, and regulatory requirements
Analytical capability for forecasting, demand planning, and performance tracking
Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
