Drive global logistics operations that keep mining moving
At FLSmidth, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist – International to coordinate transportation and import operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational continuity, and efficient support for internal customers. You will be part of a dynamic and challenging environment, coordinating international shipments and working with multiple global stakeholders to ensure an efficient flow of goods.
You will be part of the Traffic & Logistics team within Group Procurement.

Coordinate international shipments and cargo follow-up

Manage import and transportation documentation

Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers
-
Monitor KPI performance of logistics providers
-
Schedule operations according to delivery priorities
-
Manage risks and resolve operational contingencies
-
Validate payments related to international operations
-
Issue periodic logistics management reports
-
Degree in International Trade or related field
-
3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles

Knowledge of international logistics and imports

Experience with international shipping documentation
-
Knowledge of Incoterms and IMO cargo
-
Intermediate technical English skills

Strong coordination and teamwork abilities
