The Finance Settlement Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Finance Settlement team, ensuring accurate follow-up of payments, vendor and agent inquiries, delivery delays, and dispute resolution. This role requires strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, customer service skills, and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Provide administrative support to the Finance Settlement team in daily operational activities.
Review, track, and follow up on payment-related inquiries, delivery delays, and settlement issues.
Handle calls and communications with agents, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Support the resolution of disputes, escalations, and urgent requests in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze information, identify inconsistencies, and escalate issues when needed.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to settlement processes.
Use Excel to organize, analyze, and manage data; experience creating or managing macros is a strong plus, though not mandatory.
Work proactively with minimal supervision while ensuring deadlines and service expectations are met.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure, especially when handling upset clients or urgent cases.
Remain open to feedback, willing to learn, and adaptable to process improvements.
Administrative experience is preferred; however, a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.

Bachelor's degree or high school diploma required; studies in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields are preferred.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
Power BI knowledge is a plus.
Customer service experience or strong communication skills are highly valued.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
