We are seeking a highly organized, service-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as a Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator / Administrative Executive.
This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while coordinating the administrative and operational activities of the medical practice.
Compensation
- Base salary: MXN $18,000 per month
- Monthly performance bonus: MXN $1,000
- Surgery bonus: MXN $500 per procedure
- Professional development & Positive work environment
- Schedule Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (2-hour lunch break) & Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients in person, by phone, WhatsApp and social media.
- Manage the physician's professional and personal calendar.
- Schedule, confirm and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare treatment and surgery quotations.
- Coordinate surgical procedures with hospitals, anesthesiologists and medical staff.
- Follow up with patients before and after procedures.
- Maintain and update medical records.
- Handle billing, payments and point-of-sale transactions.
- Manage accounts receivable and insurance claims.
- Coordinate suppliers and inventory.
- Support administrative compliance processes.
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience throughout every stage of care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Technical Degree preferred.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in medical practices, aesthetic clinics, private hospitals, hospitality or premium customer service.
- Fluent conversational English (required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Professional appearance.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Experience with billing and payment processing.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
