The George McCranie Law Firm is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Legal Assistant for our Immigration Department. We build our team around one goal: delivering an exceptional client experience. No immigration experience? No problem. We'll train you. What we're looking for is someone who knows how to connect with people, stay organized under pressure, and communicate with empathy.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the first point of contact for our clients throughout their immigration journey, keeping them informed, supported, and moving forward. A typical day will include:
- Managing high-volume client communication via phone, text, and video in English and Spanish
- Following up with clients to collect documents and provide case updates
- Assisting Case Managers with immigration matters such as U-Visas, AOS, VAWA, K-1 Visas, and Green Card Renewals
- Maintaining accurate records in our case management system
- Performing data entry and document organization
What You Bring to the Role
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- 3+ year in customer service, call center, BPO, or client-facing environment
- Strong phone and written communication skills
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and empathetic in high-volume situations
- Comfortable with computers and learning new software
- Confidentiality and attention to detail
- Interest in immigration law — desire to grow into a Case Manager is a big plus

Pay: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month
