WE ARE HIRING:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related areas.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of the influencer ecosystem, digital platforms, and content trends.
- Proven experience negotiating with influencers, talent managers, and talent agencies.
- Experience creating reports, analyzing campaign metrics, and interpreting performance results.
- Ability to manage campaign budgets and timelines.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Excellent organizational skills, follow-up, and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in marketing, communications, PR, or influencer marketing agencies is highly preferred.
- Design and execute Influencer Marketing strategies for clients across various industries.
- Identify, evaluate, and select influencers and content creators aligned with campaign objectives.
- Manage commercial negotiations with influencers, talent agencies, and representatives.
- Coordinate campaigns from start to finish, including contracting, follow-up, approvals, content publication, and campaign closure.
- Ensure deliverables, timelines, and campaign guidelines are met.
- Develop briefs, strategic proposals, and talent recommendations.
- Monitor campaign budgets and financial controls.
- Track campaign performance, generate reports, and present insights to clients and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and representation agencies.
- Stay up to date with digital trends, emerging platforms, and collaboration opportunities.
- Participate in events, product launches, and activations when required.
