About the Role
Dental Care Mexico (DCM) is a high-volume, fast-paced multi-specialty dental clinic, and we're looking for a sharp, organized Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to be the face and voice of our practice. This role goes beyond traditional front desk work — you'll be the hub of daily clinic operations, supporting patients, doctors, and management across a variety of tasks throughout the day.

What You'll Do
- Greet and check in patients, manage the front desk, and create a welcoming first impression for every visitor.
- Answer phones, WhatsApp messages, and emails in both English and Spanish — many of our patients are English-speaking, based in the US.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage the daily calendar, and coordinate with doctors and staff to keep the clinic running on time.
- Manage patient records and leads in our CRM (Salesforce) — accurate, up-to-date data entry is essential.
- Support the sales/commission process — helping move patients through consultations to booked treatments, and assisting with payment collection and processing.
- Assist with a variety of auxiliary tasks throughout the clinic as needed — supporting the office manager, helping coordinate between departments, handling supplies/logistics, and pitching in wherever the clinic needs an extra hand.
- Communicate treatment and appointment information clearly to patients (implants, crowns, veneers, orthodontics, etc.), coordinating with the sales and clinical teams.
- Handle basic administrative and computer tasks — spreadsheets, documents, data entry, and clinic software — with speed and accuracy.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual English/Spanish required — must be fully fluent and comfortable communicating professionally in both languages, spoken and written.
- Strong computer skills — comfortable navigating multiple systems at once (CRM, scheduling software, email, spreadsheets); fast and accurate typing/data entry.
- CRM experience required (Salesforce experience strongly preferred).
- Excellent communication and people skills — warm, professional, and calm under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Highly organized and able to multitask — this is a fast-paced clinic with a lot happening at once.
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to jump in on different tasks across the clinic as needed.
- Previous front desk, medical/dental office, or customer service experience preferred.
Compensation
Base pay plus commission — this is a high-volume clinic with strong, consistent lead flow, meaning excellent earning potential for someone who's engaged and proactive in supporting the sales process.
