As a Leisure Services Advisor, you will research destinations and travel products, create personalized proposals, work with professional booking tools, and guide clients through the planning process.
You don't need a background in tourism to get started. We are looking for people who are organized, curious, comfortable working with clients, and willing to continuously learn about destinations and travel products. Intermediate English proficiency is required.
What You'll Do
- Advise clients on leisure travel options based on their interests, preferences, and travel goals.
- Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, resorts, attractions, and travel experiences.
- Prepare personalized travel proposals, quotes, and itineraries.
- Coordinate reservations and travel arrangements using professional booking platforms.
- Communicate with clients throughout the planning process and provide personalized service.
- Stay informed about destinations, seasonal promotions, travel products, and industry updates.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Build and manage your own client portfolio.
- Develop your professional presence within the travel industry.

About the Work Model
This is an independent, commission-based opportunity within the travel industry, rather than a traditional salaried employment position.
You will have access to professional tools, supplier resources, training, and ongoing support while developing and managing your own travel client portfolio.
There is no requirement for previous travel-industry experience. The focus is on developing the knowledge, skills, and professional relationships needed to serve leisure travelers effectively.
Compensation
Compensation is commission-based and paid in USD on eligible travel bookings. Earnings vary according to the type, volume, and value of travel booked and the applicable supplier commission structure.
