The top priority is establishing a mass production system that meets customer requirements.
The challenge lies in simultaneously establishing mass-production systems for each process while adhering to the master schedule, aiming for the start of mass production two to four years after the initial inquiry (requiring timely reporting to supervisors).
We look for someone who can leverage their production engineering skills to refine assigned processes and execute production preparation activities (acting, in particular, as a liaison between Japanese and local staff regarding technical and quality assurance matters).
Requirements:
- Understanding APQP and SQC (Statistical Quality Control methods)
- English communication skills (intermediate level or higher)
- Japanese communication is a plus

- Experience with Plex setup would be a plus.

Process Design: Determining quality characteristics and control parameters for all processes; coordinating with internal project team members.
Equipment Specifications: Finalizing requirements for all process equipment; managing associated costs.
Process Adjustment: Validating the production line as a whole.
Transition to Mass Production: Compiling data for the transition; handling customer audits.
Schedule Management: Confirming and managing the production preparation status of each department
Problem Management: Managing and improving issues raised during production preparation
Layout Planning
Support for resolving issues after mass production begins
Compliance with company documents and rules based on ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16949
For assigned products, you will conduct multifaceted evaluations—including schedule management—to establish a low-cost production line capable of ensuring quality and maintaining required production capacity.
