What you'll do
- Support the installation, startup and optimization of automated conveyor systems.
- Perform diagnostics and resolve electrical and mechanical equipment issues.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability.
- Interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings for troubleshooting and system improvements.
- Coordinate automation-related projects and monitor implementation progress.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance components and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
We're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Automation, Robotics or a related Engineering field.
- Professional Degree and License (Título y Cédula).
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Valid Passport.
- Experience or knowledge in industrial automation and control systems.
- Experience with automated conveyors, motors, sensors and electromechanical equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical or mechanical blueprints.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and 5S methodologies.
- Experience coordinating engineering or automation projects is a plus.
- Availability to travel to the United States approximately 80% of the time.
