We are looking for a Visual Designer to support internal communications, employer branding, and client-facing materials including pitch decks and presentation templates.
This role focuses on strong visual craft, clarity, consistency, and speed. You will transform complex ideas into polished, brand-aligned visual assets while collaborating closely with talent and sales leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Design high-quality presentations, pitch decks, and scalable templates for internal and external use
- Apply and evolve visual identity across employer branding, internal communications, and sales materials
- Translate written content into clear and compelling visual storytelling
- Build and maintain reusable visual systems and templates across teams
- Maintain brand consistency and strong visual hierarchy across all assets
- Collaborate with talent and sales stakeholders to support business needs
- Leverage modern tools, including AI-assisted design workflows, to accelerate production
- Attend the office in central Mexico City at least 1 day per week
What We’re Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of experience in visual, graphic, or communication design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, brand-consistent work
- Proven experience building presentation systems and branded assets
- Expert proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, libraries)
- Strong typography, layout, color, and hierarchy skills
- High attention to detail and polish
- Ability to iterate quickly and take direction
- Advanced English level (C1 highly preferred)
Nice to Have
- Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or related field
- Experience in employer branding or sales enablement
- Exposure to AI-assisted design workflows
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or B2B environments
- Multinational company experience
