We are looking for
Integrated Management System (IMS) Coordinator
at one of our locations in Cd. Júarez Chihuahua

Design, develop, and implement the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, etc.).

Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective integration of management systems across the organization.
Maintenance and Continuous Improvement-
Regularly review and update IMS documentation, ensuring alignment with regulatory changes and organizational needs.

Identify improvement opportunities and lead projects aimed at optimizing processes and practices.
Regulatory Compliance-
Ensure that all company activities comply with applicable local and international regulations.

Coordinate and prepare internal and external audits, ensuring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Training and Awareness-
Develop and coordinate IMS training and awareness programs for all employees.

Promote an organizational culture focused on safety, health, and environmental stewardship.
Documentation and Records Management-
Maintain and manage IMS documentation, ensuring its availability and accessibility for all employees.

Control management system records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and currency.
Analysis and Reporting-
Conduct data analysis and generate reports on IMS performance.

Present performance results and metrics to senior management, recommending actions for continuous improvement.
Risk Management-
Identify and assess risks associated with management systems and develop mitigation strategies.

Coordinate the implementation of contingency and emergency response plans.
Additional Responsibilities-
Understand and apply the company's various policies.

Report unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.

Experience in the maquiladora/manufacturing industry with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001), Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001), and/or Energy Management Systems (ISO 50001).
Experience with national legislation related to environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and related regulations
