Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to support the deployment and integration of Nokia Core Software Products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom project delivery, technical program management, and cloud/network technologies.
This role involves working closely with architecture, engineering, and operations teams to deliver complex telecom software deployments while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Nokia Core software deployment and integration projects.
- Coordinate with architecture, engineering, QA, and operations teams throughout project execution.
- Support deployment, configuration, and execution of test automation suites.
- Manage project schedules, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure successful delivery while maintaining quality standards and customer expectations.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Support software releases and deployment activities during maintenance windows when required.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
- Strong experience delivering telecom software projects.
- Experience with LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi, or Core Network technologies.
- Experience managing software deployment and integration projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other software delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing vendors and customer-facing projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
