Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos dimensionales y de apariencia del cliente, así como de los estándares internos, a través del análisis de datos, evaluación de procesos, generación de planes de acción y coordinación con áreas involucradas como calidad, ingeniería, producción y herramentales, contribuyendo a la mejora continua de la apariencia y geometría del producto, así como a la estabilidad del proceso.
Requerimientos Clave:
• Comprensión de la fabricación, inspección y ensamblaje de componentes metálicos estampados.
• Conocimiento en el uso y operación de estaciones de medición geométrica ( checking fixtures, CMM, etc.) para validación dimensional.
• Capacidad para reconocer, interpretar y utilizar dispositivos de sujeción (fixtures) y sus componentes dentro de sistemas de fijación.
• GD&T ( Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing ): Interpretación y aplicación de tolerancias geométricas en planos de ingeniería.
• Ajustes dimensionales de proceso: Habilidad para analizar desviaciones dimensionales y realizar ajustes al proceso para cumplir con especificaciones.
• Herramientas de análisis de causa raíz: Manejo de metodologías como 5 Why’s , Ishikawa (Diagrama de causa-efecto), 8D, entre otros.
• Control Estadístico de Proceso (SPC): Conocimiento en monitoreo y control de procesos mediante herramientas estadísticas (gráficas de control, Cp , Cpk , etc .).
Requisitos del puesto:
• Formación Académica: Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Mecatrónica o afín.
• Experiencia Requerida: De 2 a 4 años en áreas de calidad dimensional, metrología, apariencia o ingeniería de producto en la industria automotriz .
• Idiomas: Inglés Intermedio - Avanzado
