Compensation structure
Base pay: $3,000 MXN weekly
Up to $3,000 MXN weekly in commissions
Commissions are initially supported while you ramp up, as long as minimum performance metrics are maintained
Key responsibilities
Manage inbound calls and establish trust quickly
Identify customer needs through effective questioning and listening
Present solutions in a clear, personalized way
Guide each interaction toward a confident decision
Address objections with professionalism and clarity
Accurately complete orders and document interactions
What we’re looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound sales or call center roles
Strong verbal communication skills and a composed tone
Ability to connect authentically with customers
A consultative sales mindset
Consistency and resilience in a performance-driven setting
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
