HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: (5 or + years of experience)

Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders across Operations, Governance, Support, and Technical teams.

Strong project coordination and organizational skills, including tracking timelines, risks, dependencies, and escalations.

Conversational English (written and verbal).

Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Knowledge of Workday Learning.

Experience supporting Compliance Training, Training Governance, or Global Learning Operations.

Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or learning deployment processes.

Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
