Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specialized in modern, technology-focused business advisory and CPA services, is looking for a detail-oriented accounting professional to join their growing team. Our partner provides high-level outsourced accounting, tax, and financial services to growth-oriented businesses, investing heavily in modern processes and technology to stay ahead of the curve
The Role’s Impact: As an Acconting&Advisory Specialist, you will serve as a key player in delivering financial clarity and scalable support to business owners. You will directly manage full-cycle accounting tasks across multiple clients, helping them streamline their workflows and maintain impeccable financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Month-End Support: Assist with the month-end close process and prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Transaction Management: Code and categorize transactions accurately in cloud-based accounting platforms like QuickBooks Online and Xero.
- Reconciliations: Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations, actively researching and resolving any discrepancies.
- Journal Entries: Prepare payroll, accrual, recurring, and adjusting journal entries.
- Client Relations: Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients, responding to routine accounting questions professionally and in a timely manner
Ideal Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on, full-cycle accounting or bookkeeping experience, including direct support for U.S.-based companies
- Languages: Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients
