As an F&A Analyst Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing the company's financial statements, including budgets, forecasts, profitability, and liquidity, to understand the current financial situation. You will develop financial models and conduct economic research to identify trends that impact the business.
Analysis and Preparation of Financial Reports: Collect, analyze, and present financial data to support decision-making, including performance reporting, budget variance analysis, and financial projections.
Support in Financial Closings: Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion, including account reconciliations and journal entry preparation.
Management of Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process supplier invoices, manage payments, and monitor and reconcile accounts receivable to ensure efficient cash flow.
- Hard Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including functions, pivot tables, charts, and financial modeling.
Experience with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics for financial and accounting data management.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), financial statement analysis, and basic financial concepts.
