We’re looking for a Customer Service & Admin Virtual Assistant to support U.S.-based clients with customer communication, scheduling, CRM management, and light sales follow-ups.
Key Details:
- Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
- Pay: $500–$800 USD/month (DOE)
- Type: Freelance, Full-Time
- Location: 100% Remote
Core Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, texts, emails, and chat
- Respond to new leads and qualify customers using scripts
- Schedule appointments and confirm jobs
- Manage CRM records, pipelines, and follow-ups (GoHighLevel)
- Handle reschedules, basic issues, and customer questions
- Prepare job boards, internal notes, and organized records
- Follow up on warm leads and unclosed estimates (light sales)
Tools:
- GoHighLevel (CRM)
- Google Workspace
- Call & messaging tools (VoIP, SMS, WhatsApp, email)
Requirements:
- Fluent written & spoken English
- Strong customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, fast responder
- Comfortable following scripts and processes
- Able to multitask and work independently
Nice to Have:
- Experience with home services or trades
- Sales or appointment-setting background
