DESCRIPTION
Job Objective: To support the creation and management of a sales funnel for infoproducts focused on personal development, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and emotional transcendence. The virtual assistant will be responsible for administrative and operational tasks that facilitate the online sale and promotion of these products.
Responsibilities:

Sales Funnel Creation and Management:

Assist in planning and executing the sales funnel for infoproducts.

Collaborate in creating content for each stage of the sales funnel, including emails, landing pages, and follow-up content.

Monitor and analyze the sales funnel performance, suggesting improvements to optimize conversions.

Media Management:

Manage and schedule content on social media platforms.
-
Engage with the audience on social media, responding to comments and direct messages.
-
Create monthly reports on social media performance and suggest strategies for improvement.

Administrative Support:

Maintain an up-to-date database of clients and prospects.

Manage correspondence and coordinate virtual meetings.
-
Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
REQUIREMENTS

Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields (preferred).

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in digital sales management or infoproducts.

Technical Skills:

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., ClickFunnels, Mailchimp, HubSpot).

Experience in managing social media platforms and content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Soft Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
