Job Summary:
The Depot & Logistics Operator supports daily depot operations, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, device staging, and asset tracking. This role is responsible for preparing and testing IT equipment, assisting with computer imaging and device setup, performing basic troubleshooting, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
The position works closely with depot and logistics teams to support deployments, returns, and overall operational readiness while meeting service and quality standards.
Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
On-site at Plaza San Telmo Office, Aguascalientes, Mexico
Key Responsibilities:

Manage inventory and maintain accurate asset records.

Receive, inspect, store, and ship IT equipment and materials.

Stage, image, and configure devices for deployment.

Test hardware and peripherals (monitors, docking stations, keyboards, etc.) to ensure proper functionality.

Perform basic troubleshooting for devices and peripherals.

Process equipment returns and support warranty-related activities.

Update asset information and work orders in designated systems.

Support deployment, fulfillment, and refresh projects.

Conduct inventory counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.

Follow operational procedures, quality standards, and documentation requirements.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe depot environment.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery.
Requirements
Operational Skills

Technical Skills

Systems & Tools Experience

Asset tracking and inventory management systems (ServiceNow or similar).

Experience Level: 1–3 years preferred.
Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in depot operations, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or IT asset handling.

Experience working with IT equipment such as laptops, desktops, monitors, and docking stations.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.
