Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions taken according to site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, stockroom corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter.

Monitor for unauthorized activity, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations, and help to deter theft, trespassing, and other unwanted activity through visible presence and timely reporting.

Support closing and opening routines, access control practices, and customer assistance needs while communicating with store leadership and/or first responders when needed.
Minimum Requirements:

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
