Resumen: This position works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality, cost, and company standards. The role also supports product development, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsabilidades:

Coordinate engineering projects from initiation through completion.

Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.

Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure project success.

Track project milestones and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Support product design changes and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).

Assist in validating new product designs and engineering solutions.

Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.

Identify project risks and support mitigation plans.

Ensure compliance with engineering standards, customer requirements, and company policies.

Participate in design reviews and cross-functional meetings.

Support prototype builds, testing, and product launches.

Analyze project performance and recommend process improvements.

Assist senior engineers with technical projects and special assignments.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

1–3 years of engineering or project coordination experience (internship or co-op experience may be considered).

Basic understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.

Knowledge of project management fundamentals.

Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or similar) is preferred.

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
